Objectives
- Explore Scrum Master / Team Coach role in the context of the entire enterprise
- Learn the principles of servant leadership to build high-performing teams
- Facilitate Agile events like Team Sync / Daily, Iteration Planning, Iteration Retrospective and Inspect & Adapt (I&A)
- Prepare and facilitate PI Planning
- Plan and execute Program Increment (PI)
- Coach and support teams to deliver value through continuous improvement
- Support and facilitate collaboration with the other teams
- Implement DevOps for continuous flow and delivery
Methodology AND ORGANIZATION
- Training taught by professional and experienced agilists: 1 certified SPC and 1 candidate SPC
- Workbook and course support
- Materials for practical exercises
- Discussion and practical activities
- Each day of training starts at 8:30 and ends at 17:30 including 1 hour break for lunch
- A daily assessment of the previous day’s knowledge acquisition is carried out
