- Extend Scrum Master / Team Coach role in the context of wide programs with multi ARTs and teams
- Build and coach high-performing teams by promoting continuous improvement
- Identify and address common Agile and Scrum anti-patterns
- Accelerate DevOps practices adoption for continuous flow and delivery
- Prepare and facilitate PI Planning
- Plan and execute Program Increment (PI)
- Support and encourage Continuous Learning Culture with Community of Practice involvement
Methodology AND ORGANIZATION
- Training taught by professional and experienced agilists: 1 certified SPC and 1 candidate SPC
- Workbook and course material
- Materials for practical exercises
- Discussion and practical activities
- Each day of training starts at 8:30 and ends at 17:30 including 1 hour break for lunch
- A daily assessment of the previous day’s knowledge acquisition is carried out
