- Plan and execute iterations and Planning Increments (PIs)
- Integrate and collaborate effectively with other teams
- Improve writing Stories and break down Features
- Continuously improve the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Improve knowledge on Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps Culture
Methodology AND ORGANIZATION
- Training taught by professional and experienced agilists: 1 certified SPC and 1 candidate SPC
- Workbook and course support
- Materials for practical exercises
- Discussion and practical activities
- Each day of training starts at 8:30 and ends at 17:30 including 1 hour break for lunch
- A daily assessment of the previous day’s knowledge acquisition is carried out
