Objectives
- Integrate the role of a Product Owner or Product Manager with SAFe Lean-Agile principles and values
- Perform the role of a Product Owner and a Product Manager on a daily basis
- Decompose Epics to Features and Features to Stories
- Prepare and lead PI Planning
- Plan and execute Program Increment (PI) and iterations
- Apply Customer Centricity and Design Thinking to design, build and test process
- Collaborate with Agile teams to estimate and forecast work
- Know all theory on Continuous Delivery Pipeline & DevOps culture
Methodology AND ORGANIZATION
- Training taught by professional and experienced agilists: 1 certified SPC and 1 candidate SPC
- Workbook and course support
- Materials for practical exercises
- Discussion and practical activities
- Each day of training starts at 8:30 and ends at 17:30 including 1 hour break for lunch
- A daily assessment of the previous day’s knowledge acquisition is carried out
